The Busy Hour Search is designed to show the hourly call volume for a specific phone number, both inbound and outbound calls, as well as the time spend talking (duration). The busy hour search requires a subscription to VoIP Detective PRO.
In order to run a busy hour search on a particular extension, you must either be an administrator, global manager, or that extension must have been assigned to your team by the administrator.
