Search - Total System Usage

The total call search is designed to give you a very high level overview of your system.  Calls are broken into:

• Total calls - These are all calls that have a duration greater than 0 seconds.
• International calls - Calls that begin with the international prefix, as configured by the administrator
• Internal calls - Calls where the origin and destination legs are both equal to the "Extension Length" as configuration by the administrator. 
• Inbound Calls - Calls where the destination leg is equal to the "Extension Length" as configuration by the administrator. 

Only calls where the duration is not 0 (i.e. the call connects) are counted for all call types.

E164 / Non-North American dial plans:

Calls are show as "outbound"

North American Numbering Plan Enabled (depreciated):

This adds "local calls" and "long distance calls".  These calls are determined by digit length, as defined by the administrator.
